Enhih

Protector of the elves Slayer of Durbuluk Hero of Hultwin Age of the First Empires

Enhih was an elven warrior who defeated Pender the Strong at the decisive moment and ended the first goblin empire. His act became one of the most significant moments in elven history.

A warrior of his time

Enhih was one of the most prominent warriors of the Elven Empire during its greatest period of dominance. He was neither a ruler nor a mage, but his importance lay in his ability to act when others hesitated. He excelled not only in combat, but also in his ability to read the situation and adapt. It was this quality that set him apart from many other warriors.

Duel at Hultwin

During the decisive Battle of the Hultwin River, Enhih decided to end the conflict in personal combat. He went up against Pender, the goblin symbol of power. The fight was exhausting and bloody. Enhih lost an arm, which could have spelled his end. Instead, however, he took advantage of Pender's confidence and understatement. He gradually tired his opponent and finally defeated him. With this single act, he changed the course of the entire battle and history.

Protector of the elves

After the victory, Enhih was awarded the title of Protector of the Elves, the highest title possible for a non-ruling elf. He settled in one of the conquered cities and ruled here under the protection of the elven empire. He lived the rest of his life in relative peace. He never had to pick up his sword again, a stark contrast to his legendary duel. He died in -2420 of natural causes, making him one of the few legendary figures to see the end of his story.

Symbol of victory

Enhih became a symbol of elven strength, courage and the ability to overcome even a seemingly insurmountable enemy. His story has been passed down through the generations as proof that a defining moment in history can rest on a single duel. At the same time, his victory showed that even the greatest power based on strength can fall if faced with patience, tactics and determination.
