Kuvigh

Unifier of tribes Lord of the Eastern Hordes The Unrealized King Age of the First Empires

Kuvigh was the first orc who was able to unite the fragmented tribes and create a body approaching a true empire. His ambition changed the course of orc history, but his legacy did not survive his own life.

Rise from Chaos

Kuvigh grew up in a world where orcs lived divided into tribes and fought among themselves rather than against external enemies. However, unlike the others, he was able to understand the weakness of this way of life. He saw other races thrive through unity and organization. Therefore, he gradually began to unite the tribes - sometimes by force, sometimes by persuasion. But always with a clear goal: to create something bigger than a single strain.

A leader without an empire

Kuvigh was able to lead the orcs to victory, especially against the nomads he forced out of their territory. Yet his power rested almost entirely on his personality. He didn't build a system that could work without him. His empire was thus strong, but at the same time fragile - dependent on a single man.

A broken ruler

The elves, who saw his growing power as a threat, captured him and imprisoned him for many years. When he was released, he was changed. Some say he was broken, others that he just understood the limits of his power. Whatever the truth, he was never able to regain his original strength.

A legend without a sequel

After his death, his empire fell apart. The orcs returned to tribal life and his work disappeared as quickly as it had been created. Yet his name survived. For the orcs, he remains a symbol of what they could be—if they could ever be reunited.
